A bachelors degree in human resources or a related field is typically required, along with prior experience in recruitment or human resources.KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Developing and implementing effective. recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent Reviewing job descriptions and determining the necessary qualifications for open positions. Sourcing and recruiting candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee reference Screening resumes and conducting initial phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and team members. Conducting in-person or virtual interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills and fit for the position and the company culture. Making hiring recommendations to hiring managers and presenting job offers to candidates. Conducting background checks and verifying employment eligibility for candidates. Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future job openings.Functional / Tech --- Professional technical knowledge. Computer literacy, especially good at using PPT, MS Excel and Word.Leadership--- Resolutions of work problems, Effective communication, listening, guiding, Learning and adaptation to newer management techniques.
