Kimirica is trusted by the worlds leading luxury hotels and resorts and is certified as 100% cruelty-free by PETA.Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Retail and Personal Care Brands)Location: Indore, M.P.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and support our retail and personal care brands in fulfilling their hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for. both offline and backend positions within our retail and personal care brands.Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and other employment terms. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate workflow and maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruiting processes.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the retail industry. Proven ability to source and attract top talent using various recruiting methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. Passion for retail and personal care industries and a keen understanding of their unique staffing needs,
