Make telephone calls to prospectsKeep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achievedAchieve budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targetsUnderstand and manage personal performance on a daily basisLead generation : Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Routeget Technologies and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Routeget Technologies will speak to those needs.Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.Work with the Regional Sales Directors and VP of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.Candidate Requirements : Outbound calling or customer service experienceExcellent communication skills and strong telephone mannerProven track record in a sales environmentGood attention to detailComputer literate and experience in database navigation and internet researchKnowledge of the IT industry an advantageAbility to write detailed follow up notes for business reportingMature attitude with a capability to discuss business issuesFriendly personality and team playerShould have knowledge to work on CRM applicationAttend campaign briefingsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaignsMaintain confidentialityAct as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all timesUse company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign callsProvide feedback and input to script and copy developmentRecord details of opportunities and lead notes,
