Job Summary- Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.- Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead experience architect.- Researching and implementing interaction design trends.- Researching and implementing technology trends.- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.- Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps.- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools.- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Understanding of common software project management practices.- Understanding of common software development practices.- Understanding of current technologies and design trends, and the desire to innovate using relevant mediums.- Sense of ownership with good designing & coding skill set for web & graphics.- Knowledge of CSS3/HTML5 will add more to pro- Interdisciplinary skills are most welcome.- Designers from reputed Design Institutes will be preferred unless you have an exceptional resume/portfolio.Responsibilities and Duties- We love Full-Stack Developers/Designers, handling both ends with all aspects in mind.- Best opportunity to get involved with start-up and earn credits.- Responsible for leading all aspects of the companys technology development.
