  • Identification of the detail specification & inspection criteria of materials.
  • Verification of raw material and other incoming goods.
  • Testing the receiving materials as per laid down norms and preparation of reports
  • Following the respective sampling plans for the variable and attribute inspections
  • Measurement and monitoring of the process & product at all stages.
  • To hold/ reject non-conformities at every stage of process.
  • Measuring and monitoring the process & product as per Quality Plan.
  • To take active role in data analysis and continual improvements.
  • To take corrective and preventive steps as per the analysis and review its effectiveness.
