  • 2-4 years of WFM experience in Forecasting , Planning and Staffing
  • Assistant Manager (on Papers) for minimum 1
  • Strong computer skills that include proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of WFM tools like IEX, Blue Pumpkin, eWFM etc.
  • Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-changing call center environment required.
  • Proven analytical skills ability to communicate with various management levels.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within the organization.
Workforce -Manager Position
  • 4-8 years of finance experience inBPOmandatory.
  • Excellent in advanced Excel
  • Good knowledge of Forecasting , Planning , scheduling , forecasting , shrinkage and Staffing
  • Good stability in professional experience
  • Manager (on Papers) for minimum 2 to 3 years.No IC Role
  • Require Team handling Experience
  • Well-versed with WFM Tools
