• 7 years of technical engineering experienceORBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5 years of technical engineering experienceORMasters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3 years of technical engineering experienceORDoctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) design

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• 10 years of technical engineering experienceORBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 8 years of technical engineering experienceORMasters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 6 years of technical engineering experienceORDoctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3 years of technical engineering experience.
• A versatile can-do, problem-solving attitude, and desire to handle a wide array of challenges.
• Written and Oral communication skills in English.

• Own and lead the development of a complicated hardware unit in a cloud network device, with deep understanding of its architecture, design and interaction with software.
• Design and implement RTL in System Verilog, based on deep understanding of customer requirements, system architecture, and hardware design principles.
• Test and debug your designs in simulation and on hardware-based platforms, to reach cloud-scale quality.
• Work with software teams on development of drivers and applications.
• Deliver the product into cloud production environments and support it through its lifetime.
