Job Description

: Staff Software Engineer, AI, Google CloudLocation: Tel Aviv, IsraelMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • Experience in designing and working with enterprise mainframe applications and technology which includes: mainframe and iSeries architecture, COBOL, JCL, Cics, RPG, DB2, IMS, and other MF technologies.
  • Experience designing and architecting modern enterprise production systems for customers.
  • Experience implementing enterprise solutions with AI.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems that no one has solved before.
  • Excellent people management skills, and ability to present and explain complex ideas/solutions to different audiences.

  • Be part of the core team responsible for the architecture, technology, and implementation of our AI code modernization solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand legacy/mainframe modernization challenges (working with customers and the field team) and translating these into a viable technical solution leveraging to be then driven to implementation.
  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers, and work closely with the various stakeholders such as customers, partners, sales, delivery, and product.
