  • Drive Sales - Identify, acquire & manage tie ups with SME business owners & Decision Makers.
  • Identify, develop & manage strategic opportunities to grow the business. Drive strategy and execution for Sales, coordinating across market; acquire SME business accounts.
  • Support the management system by regular reporting on business development activity and sales progression on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Enable train, engage, advice, mentor and manage sales teams on the Sales & business acquisition portfolio, product capabilities and strategy.
  • Consultative solutions/business-value problem solving approach to engagements.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Skills Required Language fluency in Local Language & English.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills,
  • Sales aptitude & Prior Experience in B to B Sales
  • To lead the team by example should himself/herself has ability to close sales.
  • Need to manage team of 4-6 Business development Managers.
