Job Description

Designation : Accounts Officer/Finance ManagerScope of workWe are looking for an Accounts Officer/Finance Manager who will be individually responsible and accountable for activities of entire Finance & Accounts department. Sound knowledge and practical exposure to taxes (i.e. GST, Income Tax, VAT etc.), TDS etc.,ROC filling compliances is must.Responsibilities for Account Officer/Finance Manager

  • Maintain Accounting system. Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
  • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
  • Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
  • Review and process both Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
  • Utilize database software to organize financial account information
  • Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
  • Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
  • Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
  • Dealing with banks and preparing, handling and submitting documentation required by Banks.
  • Dealing with work related to ROC and etc.
  • Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
  • Fulfilling and responsible for statutory compliances. Preparing and submitting within stipulated deadlines.
  • Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals. Producingfinancialreports and developing strategies based onfinancialresearch Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
  • Analyses and Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, P&L, Cash flows , balance sheets etc.
  • Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk.
  • Sound knowledge of Export and Import documentation and accounting.
Qualification
  • Candidate should be CA-Inter with commerce graduate degree or Qualified Chartered Accountant having 4 -5 years of proven relevant experience will be considered.
  • Prior work experience as a Sr. Accountant, Account Officer,Accounts Manager, Finance Manageror similar role with reputed and big manufacturing unit will be preferred.
  • Experienced in core manufacturing industry like Electrical & Electronics Heavy Engineering industries (Power Transmission Transformers) etc.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using accounting software, such as Tally or ERP software.
