Another consumer facing industry (e.g., consumer durables, financial services, FMCG, telecom). Job Location: - Sikar (Lakshmangarh) , Rajasthan Job Description:-1.Build a dynamic goal-focused sales team. Leading the Admissions Team for the region entrusted, to plan and execute the strategy aimed at meeting the registrations and admissions numbers targeted for the concerned university. 2.Build long term relationship with all key influencer groups in the assigned territory Principals and Vice Principals of schools, Department Heads, counselors in schools, training and placements officers in colleges, coaching institutes, private tutors, career counselors, education consultants and book sellers 3.Plan and execute an active school and college contact program, aimed at driving up admissions . 4.Plan local level events to create visibility for the University. Participate in events, education exhibitions and seminars to create awareness and preference for University 5.Develop a robust process for locally following up on admissions enquiries with the objective of converting these to admissions 6.Plan and execute the process for local level counseling of students aspiring to join the University, engaging with their parents to address various queries and facilitating the joining process7.Track competitive activity and plan suitable responses for the same 8.Conduct product training for sales team 9.Ensure timely collation and reporting of all admissions related MIS on appropriate platforms Key Competencies:- oGood track record of leading sales teams and an understanding sales and marketing operations and through practical exposure with consumer facing organizations oExperience in dealing with coaching institutes, education consultants and booksellers oGood operations and interpersonal skills in order to be able to liaise with different departments. oStrong written and verbal communication skills, data analysis as well as MS Office skills.
