Candidate Must have experience in Public Limited Company. Leadership role of all compliances related to public ltd as per companies act-2013. Must have deal with all statuary & regulatory compliance and have command on Preparing of agenda , notice of Board, Committee, Annual General Meeting , recording of minutes, circular of companies act 2013/ROC / MCA, Statutory Compliance of SPV/ Subsidiaries and Associate Companies Drafting and execution of agreements, contracts, and resolutions. Compliance of Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual LODR Compliances Event based Disclosures to Stock Exchanges Pre & post Board, Committees and Members meeting Compliances Compliances of Allotment -Right issue, ESOP, Bonus etc. Legal matters- Drafting agreements and arrangements by placing forward the legal view of terms to protect companys legal and business interests. NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal), Arbitration, Disclosures, Agreements, MACT (Motor accidental claim tribunal), Settlements, Liaising with government agencies. Adequate experience of all norms related to CSR (Corporate social responsibility). Note :- Candidate must have experience of team handling at least 7-8 members.,
