E Commerce Business experience a Must!Personal Profile Capabilities:Smart DynamicQuality DrivenProactiveDiligent Candidate with strong Communication Skills and Leadership SkillsKey Responsibilities:Create Line sheet for new products by sourcing text from our external vendors/agencies and designing team.Convert images from available image libraries to web-ready images for upload on various platformsCheck material, dimensions, content, instructions of products. Conduct regular quality checksManage and execute promotion calendar - coordinating site banner creations with Designing teamMaintain accurate information of new and existing product listings.Upload and re check Inventory on Ratan Jaipur Site and other websitesHandle Co Ordinate with Development team for any change to the site for promotions or new improvementsHandle Co Ordinate with Logistics Partner and Payment Merchant regularlyReview various collections and manage product arrangements on E Commerce PlatformsWork closely with cross functional teams Internal teams/clusters for marketplace, marketing and store operations to merchandise on-site on daily basis.Perform all aspects of online merchandising and link checks on the Ratan Jaipur WebsiteSupport the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company direction and the market merchandising frameworkProvide assortment inputs based on historical and current product performance.Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysisProvide support on new product photography and conversion to web-ready images.Provide support to functional areas for business processes such as forecasting, planning, and analysis of customer behaviourMaintain Data repository on pricing, Product Sales, sell through and other relevant information in order to track the KPIDraft social media posts Planning by co ordinating with internal teams for Instagram / Facebook uploads.Ideal Candidate Should Possess:3-5 years of previous experience in Online Merchandising and product listing management.Bachelors degree from a reputed university / college.Passion for E Commerce Operations and Revenue Building.Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) a must!Sound understanding of profit loss management and sales reporting analysis.Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.Excellent communication skills and fluent written English.Retail math literacy and application of concepts to daily merchandising operationsA keen interest in online retailingStrong attention to detail to identify grammatical or technical errors in product content.
