Description Primary Responsibilities Owns the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure. Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of high-quality cloud solutions. Acts as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project. Objective focused on building strong customer relationships, helping project team to achieve an 8 or greater out of 10 on satisfaction surveys. Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Generates and distributes timely status reports, time usage reports, and expense reports weekly. Manages risks and issue tracking throughout the project. Adhere s to the Appirio Way Methodology and utilizes a project site to track all risks, issues and general communication plans for the project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Implements and adheres to a change management plan, utilizing the Appirio Way Methodology. Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot and user acceptance testing sessions. Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client. Contributes in at least one area of domain expertise (in addition to project management) such as business analysis, Agile development practices, Salesforce cloud offerings, Google apps, Workday or PSE. Understands the Cloud Computing market. Can articulate the core benefits of Cloud Computing solutions, and understands basic implementation methodologies associated with Cloud solutions. Implements and adheres to a change management plan, utilizing the Appirio Way Methodology. Provides mentoring, guidance and general care and feeding to project team members, including offshore team members. Travels to client site as required. Participates actively in CoEs, Discussions, contributes to the wiki, advocates the use of Appirio Cloud Management Center (CMC), sponsors new employees, and presents Cool Code at Lunch and/or Continuing Ed sessions. Provides pre-sales support such as change orders for your current engagements as requested. Achieves published company utilization targets. Overall 6-9 years of experience along with 1 years project experience or 1 years management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations Or for IJP candidate - Overall experience of 6 years and has been with Appirio for 12 months and is SF certified OR has cleared essential ProManTra program Also candidates from Business Analyst, PMO and Project Coordinator backgrounds with hands on Technical Software Implementations projects are preferable CSM or PMP certifications are desirable/preferred Desirable to have technical certification in SalesForce or Workday or Google Brings experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.), Messaging software (Google, Exchange, Lotus Notes), or Financial/HR software (Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, etc.),
