Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings from Adecco India!Here is the opportunity to explore, we are urgently hiring for Branch Manager for an electrical and agricultural products MNC in Jaipur , RajasthanDesignation: - Branch Manager Job Location: JaipurEducational Qualification:- Any Graduate.Experience: - At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing with at least 3 years in pumps and motor industry.Responsibilities:-

  • Develop operational sales and marketing plans from the overall annual operating plan
  • Responsible for Branch wise / Dealer wise /profitability and receivables.
  • Responsible for Fixing Zone wise/Area Wise/ Branch Wise sales and Revenue Target
  • Determining business opportunities through new areas, new segment, new products
  • Ensure that the policies and procedures are followed to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of the companys products
  • Monitor and Ensure implementation of strategy, systems and procedures.
  • Responsible for Sales forecasting
  • Monitor FG inventory closely
  • Monitoring product/customer portfolio(risk perspective)
  • Responsible for designing Dealer Development plans
  • Identify and implement programs to improve the cost effectiveness across the sales function
  • Providing guidance to service head in identifying customer requirements.
  • Support the Marketing team in implementation of new product launch strategy, sales promotion and positioning and ensure effective roll out of the same.
  • Analyse and market intelligence and research information obtained from the Sales team
  • Review the monthly area /zone wise performance reports
  • Review daily activity report / tour reports of area in charges / sales executives
  • Develop and maintain relationship with customers/dealers
  • Design and conceptualize the training programmes and content for the sales staff, in line with Corporate HR
  • Interact with Head Manufacturing & Planning with regard to adherence to production schedules
  • Interact with NPD with regard to new product/ existing products design changes based on the inputs received from the dealers / customers
  • Appoint, mentor and manage direct reportees
  • Monitor and Improve Employee Morality
  • Ensure that Periodic Audit is done at Branches & sending report to the Regional Heads.
  • Develop competitor data matrix and forward to Regional Manager / GM for review and action
Major Skills Required:- Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand managementExecellent written and oral communication skills.Well versed with the market area.You can always refer your friends/ Colleagues.
