Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:-
    • Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents.
    • Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
    • Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
    • To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.
