The role will include outreach and partnership building with Indian and multinational companies and their CSR / corporate citizenship teams Some examples of the work that will be involved: Building secondary and primary research intelligence on companies and foundations that are aligned to Quest s vision and goals Build and manage key relationships and partnerships with multinational and Indian companies Manage and help the Business Development coordinator with a work plan and oversee its execution Work closely with the Business Development Coordinator to build a periodic research pool and generate regular leads on potential funders Work closely with CSR Leads of Quest partner companies to plan long term impact programs Contribute to building a consortium of funders in thematic areas including Digital Skills, Women in the Workforce, STEM for Girls and others Work closely with Quest Program and Impact teams to assess impact and provide reporting to donors Work closely with the CEO and COO on managing specific, key relationships Participate in Government and other advocacy events as needed to further the programs being implemented with corporate support Set up systems and processes to manage the fundraising and engagement cycles through CRMs and other systems Attend forums, conferences and events to present, network and share possibilities of collaboration with Quest We are looking for people who: Are passionate about the challenges India is facing in education and employability domain Can work independently, with minimal supervision and is a go-getter and enjoys interacting with corporate India and is a great communicator Can deal with ambiguity and proactively explore solutions Experience in managing multi-dimensional partnerships across regions and geographies Skill Sets: Strong affinity in Marketing, Fundraising, Business Development, Sales and Partnership Building Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is a bonus Expert Microsoft Office Suite user Any experience in event management is a plus Comfortable with spending more time outside the office for primary research and meetings would be required,
