Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:Job DescriptionPlease find below the JDs, as discussed.Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.BYJUs Business Development Executive
    • You will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byjus way of Learning in your city.
    • You would be showcasing the unique Byjus way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.
    • Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 6 weeks training process under the Applicants Training Program Trainee profile at a Total stipend of Rs. 37,500.
    • Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) - Direct Sales, Also, Only after confirmation to the BDA role.
    Salary : CTC (BDT): INR 37,500 per month + performance pay up to based on individual targets and performance numbers.Preferred Skill Sets:
    • Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector. Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
    • Having a knack for sales and high resilience
    • High energy and enthusiasm.
    • Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)
    BYJUs Business Development Associate ( Sales )
    • This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading BYJUs unique way of learning.
    • As a BDA in BYJUS, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJUS unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.
