Business Partner Associate:Products: Broking, Equity sales, Insurance, Mutual Fund, Demat, Insurance, Cross selling, TTPRecruiting new partners & engaging with them to acquire new clientsTraining and Engaging with existing as well as new partners to move up their productivityEnsuring partners focus on acquiring quality clientsDriving partners to earn higher incentivesEngaging with partners to focus more on customer activation and moving up revenuesRegular Partner engagement through physical meeting, marketing activity and training session to drive up the business.EligibilityA sales enthusiast with excellent interpersonal skillsShould be mobile and ready to do ground salesShould have a total experience in Sales of about 5 to 8 years.
