Urgent requirement of Clinical Head for a reputed chain of dental clinics in Jaipur and Delhi.Job Description -Job Title: Clinic HeadReports to CCOLocation:Jaipur/DelhiTravel Required:YesPosition Type:Full TimeROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESWell versed in handling complex dental cases and decides when to get consultants. Must have the experience of handling clinical administration. Take complete ownership of the clinic. Monitor and ensure consistent revenue flow in the clinic. Perform clinical treatments within the Clove SOPs and legal regulations. To assess patients on admission. Monitoring delivery of patient services. Reviewing Dentists activity data and forecast. Act as a mentor for the resident dentists. To work in cooperation with other staff members and exhibit team work.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE BDS/MDS with 15yrs 20yrs + of clinical work experienceSKILLS REQUIRED Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Should be high on Integrity. Commercial Acumen Should have leadership quality with decision making and problem solving skills. Customer Focused
