    Job Role: Collections Executive Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur Years of Experience: 1 to 3 yearsRoles & Responsibilities: Call Customers and collect personal loan overdue EMI & Charges Understand customer queries and try to resolve. Update daily achievement to supervisors Achieve DRR and monthly targets set by the company Ensure to follow proper phone etiquettes and communicate to Customers as per prescribed guidelines Eligibility: Experience in Tele calling, NBFC. Good Communication Skills Graduation DRA certified Spoken Language Proficiency: English, Hindi and any other North Indian language.Collection call on a personal loan for collecting EMI & Charges Look after customer queries and try to resolve the case in the best possible manner Updating daily achievements to superiors.About Collections 1. Collections Exp Mandatory 2. Only English and Hindi and one North Indian Language 3. Age has to be within 30 years 4. Max Gross Salary is 3 LPA 5.
