Candidate must be a member of ICSI. Drafting and execution of agreements, contracts, and resolutions Compliance of Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual LODR Compliances Event based Disclosures to Stock Exchanges Pre & post Board, Committees and Members meeting Compliances Compliances of Allotment -Right issue, ESOP, Bonus etc. -Compliance with respect to Corporate Social Responsibility i.e. a. Identification of areas for CSR Activities by visiting sites and other areas b. Conducting the CSR Activities and maintain the documents ,
