Job Description

We are looking for a Trainers to enhance the competencies of individual employees by regular interventions andconducting training programsthat will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with companys core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions for your assigned territory. Locations : Bangalore Pune Jaipur Lucknow & Patna SpecificationsAt least 3-4 years of sales training out of which 2 years of insurance training experience.Preferred from Insurance Sales / Training with aggressive sales / commanding Communication skills.Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to deliver sessions in local languageGood energy and passion for trainingAbility to deliver appropriate training inputs- practical & relevant for the sales team

Willingness to travel constantly between branches in assigned rural territoryInsurance domain experienceReasonably tech- savvyProven experience in delivering Training programme to multiple level of Audience Experience in making presentationsKnowledge of local Life insurance market and its potentialProduct knowledge in multiple products.Local Language proficiency is must (Hindi/ Kannada/ Marathi) Role & Responsibilities:1. Imparting Classroom and field visit Training on Product, Process, Compliance, Skills & Behavior etc. Includes extensive travel across assigned State / territory and on need basis across India. 2. To Design, develop and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the companys geographies. 3. Get detailed understanding of training requirements and priorities training programs. 4. Coach and mentor sales team members as required and ensure resolution of any field issues 5. Deciding monthly training calendar, Branch coverage & Productivity of sales Team 6. Execution of the training plan for New Employee.7. Training need identification Gap between present & desired state. 8. Identification of business challenges.9. Collecting Feedback, Assessment sheets & attendance sheets post training and maintaining and sending across to HO as per requirement and complying with audit requirements.10. Coordination with supervisors/ regional sales team and other key stakeholders to ensure implementation of training programs.,
