1.Can independently understand the work flow and design the sequence of jobs , manageShould be able to perform Month end/ Quarterly/ Year end Activities independently- Should be able to handle special schedules during Maintenance windows and should be able to assist in Product Upgrades - Should be able to Handle Ad hoc requests Job Schedule Creation & Modification - Should be able to perform Calendar updates for Batch Schedules Late Job Analysis - Should be able to handle Complex Batch job Scheduling issues - Should have done Critical calendar updates like Year end calendar updates - Perform Root cause analysis as per Request- Should have Provided support during DR activities- Should be able to independently build new Control-M instance .- Can provide day to day administration for managing Conrol-M instances.- Can implement best practices for Control-M job scheduling.- Should be proficient to migration jobs across instances. dependencies ,priorities that goes in to creating the load files. Modify the schedule with incoming changes per change in requirement ( CR etc ) 2. Should be able to advise on performance tuning in production ( what jobs can run in parallel than in sequence to save processing time etc ) 3. Mandatory experience in handling TWS or Control- M application in the Production environment. ( Loading & Unloading of jobs , manual execution , termination etc )Non Technical Skills: Good communication skills Interact with clients, team members, and other employees in a courteous, respectful, and business- like manner Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time Ability to work independently as well as working on project teams Able to assess and understand needs and problems and follow up on these in a timely mannerSalary4 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.IndustryEngineering / Technical / R&DWork Experience3 YearsQualificationProfessional Degree,
