  1. Handle queries and complaints of our organization related to products
  2. Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency
  3. Numerical Ability, High level of accuracy
  4. Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals that understand the impact of great customer service
  5. Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets
  6. Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently
  7. Maintains composure and patience with customers
JOB SUMMARY:This position requires the candidate to be pro-active, energetic, high on ethics and on-the-toes so as torender services for the following tasks effectively.DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  1. Education qualifications HSC/Any Graduate
  2. Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Should not be below 18 years of age
  5. Flexible to work in rotational shifts as per US Hours, according to business needs
