Job Description JOB TITLE Customer support executive JOB SUMMARY Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responds to customer s web/ app inquire regarding online merchandise or service orders. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.Documents customer problems and inputs in ticketing system.Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/ engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.Interact with customers via inbound/ outbound telephone calls, live chats and emails to provide information and assistance.Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.Work cohesively with other Teams.Friendly and inclusive attitude towards colleagues, and emphasis on team dynamics.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Requires strong organizational and time management skills.Requires an analytical and strategic mindset.Must be able to quickly learn.Must have strong verbal/ written communication skills.QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Should be graduate Candidate must have good command on English. 1 to 3 years of E-commerce and customer service experience. Lunch hours- 15 Minutes max (Due to short shift hours). One leave in a week except Sunday. Salary 15 to 22 k/ month (on candidate s knowledge)No. of opening 4 NosNote: - Only Male candidates and we will also go for 1 year bond.,
