Role Type : Individual Contributor Department Name Franchise Reports to (Title) Role Overview : Leads a group of Individual Contributors to achieveexceed sales targets for the Franchise within a designated territory, and in a manner consistent with the CREDO, company policy and goals. Has expert knowledge of the products responsible, and a good understanding of the other JJ products and service offerings. Has in-depth knowledge customers needs and sharpened competitive knowledge and market trends. Works with all levels of customer management and develops long-term positive customer relationships, building loyalty and confidence in JJ Medical as a preferred supplier. Is able to plan, assign work, motivate and coach the team while assuming responsibility for results of the team. Illustrative Responsibilities: Make significant contribution to the development of the regions business plan Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan to manager, reflecting the activities required in each account to achieve sales objectives Analyse sales reports to identify opportunities, recognize routine problems; analyse causes and recommend solutions Able to negotiate and close sales in routine situations, and with guidance when handling more complex deals Analyze equipment lead pipeline to proactively identify opportunities and at risk, re-prioritize resources to maximise sales opportunities Set realistic, attainable sales objectives by account and product group, and by monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Participate in developing promotional support materials for use during sales calls Has broad understanding of internal organization (JJ) resources, priorities, needs relating to the business operations and achievement of sales plan Has detailed knowledge of sales process and expert selling skills to make effective sales call, to teach others, and to improve on current process Identify and train surgeons on new technologies and solutions through consult-in-surgery, one-on-one sales calls, one-to-many training sessions Customer In-service Education Training Work with manager to identify customer in-service needs to support customer delivered healthcare services and use of products efficiently and effectively Key Account Management With guidance, prepare a plan to optimize key account development and sales growth Identify and optimize cross selling opportunities and work with managerscolleagues to realize these Product Market Knowledge Develop understanding and continually enhance personal understanding of products features, benefits, correct product application and usage and anatomy, physiology and medical procedure knowledge, through practical experience, training programs, and learning from key end-users Able to demonstrate applicationusage of products and differentiate them from competitors products Vigilantly obtain usage data of all trained surgeons and monitor adoption Judiciously manage AR, operating expenses, (transportation, AP, entertainment, travel) while ensuring sustainable productivity Plan sample and expense utilization to optimize usage while remaining in budget Focused effort to achieve high levels of performance in knowledge tests and competency assessments related to training Corporate Ethics and Governance Maintain a responsible and ethical approach while actively pursuing business outcomes Share field visit reports with individual team members after each visit Qualifications Qualifications: Applicants should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales.
