Johnson Johnson Janssen is recruiting for District Manager (Dermatology),located in Delhi
The position is an individual contributor and the incumbent will be responsible for regularly calling on health care professionals (primary care physicians, dermatologist, cosmetologist/aesthetic dermatologist, hair transplant surgeons clinics, hospitals and pharmacies) within a specific geographic area. Day-to-day responsibilities consist of supporting the promotional efforts behind Janssen dermatology product range of acne, fungal and hair care. This also includes organizing medical education programs, tracking and distributing sample products to health care professionals. You will maintain a current and proficient level of knowledge on the product line as well as related therapy area of dermatology (acne, fungal disease, hair care and cosmetology) to be a reliable source of information to the health care professionals in the territory.
Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth through primary and secondary sales generation in assigned territory by delivering on budgeted sales objectives on a continuous basis through effective customer relationship management, distributor management, inventory management, etc., in adherence to the company s compliance standards Build sustainable, long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders /HCPs,/dermatologists in assigned territory by involving them in our scientific engagements, speaker programs, workshops or other medico-marketing initiatives at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequency. Create and execute plan for conducting scientific activities such as CMEs, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of listed HCPs in the prescribed territory Schedule appointments and makes pre-planned sales presentations to customers. Map potential of territory develop new KOLs, identify young and upcoming dermatologist in the coverage list. Ensure the availability of product to service the customer and manage distributors Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts documents as required, in a timely accurate manner. Review and analyze customer prescriptions / product sales and establish improvement plan to achieve the sales objectives Follow up with customers (HCPs. / institutes / chemist / dermatologist /cosmetologist) to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, medical affairs and other departments to develop market and ensure process adherence
Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Science / Pharma Total experience of 2-4 years of Pharmaceutical sales with proven performance track record Preferred experience in multinational companies /previous sales experience taking care of dermatology, skin care, hair care or cosmetology/aesthetic dermatology portfolio Experience And Skills: Preferably previous experience in dermatology/ aesthetics or cosmetology Ability to analyze data, identify trends and formulate and execute action plans Ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information in a professional consultative manner High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
