SLA compliance: Conduct monthly reviews with his team, Monitors Daily dashboards, Provides Guidance and Support to the team to ensure delivery predictability 7. Process Compliance: Reviews Process compliance and Sign offs on SOP changes as part of the quality plan in order to ensure robustness of the process. 8. Customer Interaction: Handles Escalations with process owners, form relationship with client organization to anticipate any future challenges. 9. Governance Compliance: Conduct Internal & external scheduled meetings. 10. Process Reengineering & Business Transformation 11. C SAT scores and formalize Actions plans 12. Knowledge Management: Effective plans to create knowledge repositories for the process. 13. Audit: Should have good understanding on internal & external audits to ensure engagement is compliant 14. Risk Management: Strong awareness in identifying potential risks and put in place preventive measures and corrective actions 1. Should have at least 5+ years of experience in US Mortgage domain, Preference will be given for someone with Origination Underwriting Experience,
