Dy. Manager - IR & Employee Engagement Job Description Key Responsibilities Sustaining cordial relationship with employees through continuous dialoguing, addressing their day to day issues and grievances without delay and ensuring discipline among employees to create an atmosphere of mutual cooperation, confidence and respect thus making way for Maintaining all records and forms as per provisions of all statutory legislations by periodical updates and submission of returns to concerned government authorities to ensure statutory compliance as applicable to the factory. Handling employee related legal cases for the plant by maintaining case records and files, interacting with external counsels and representing VGL in courts to ensure compliance with legal formalities on all pending cases. Work with senior colleagues in the HR and operation teams to plan & execute a dynamic & fun employee engagement calendar for the year. 3 to 5 years of HR/ IR experience from manufacturing setups Education PG - MBA/ PGDM - HR/ Industrial Relations Location of Posting,
