  1. Candidate should be Post graduate having 10-15 Years of experience in Handling Skill Development Projects, CSR, Water harvesting, Agriculture, Health and Nutrition and Sanitation.2. Proven working experience in handling government projects. Should be well versed with tender methodology/bid preparation & bid submission for government projects.3. Good knowledge of contracts and projects.4. Responsible for Project Scheduling, Control and Monitoring. Will be responsible for getting the Project completed within Timelines, Cost and Quality Parameters.5. Responsible for Management and Monitoring at projects. Command and Control on Employees.6. Must be able to motivate team to achieve Timely Completion of Projects.7. Coordination with various Clients (Pan India) for report and work.8. Review specifications and Implement new strategies for Project Development. Create checklists for Review & Inspection.9. Discussing and solving problems in co-ordination with Employees and Clients
  2. 10.Willing to go on Travel- Pan India whenever required.
  1. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  1. Must be technically sound on Projects - Project Monitoring and Control.
  1. Self motivated and highly organized
  2. Excellent problem solving and time management skill
  3. Good knowledge of project Management
