Duties and Responsibilities:-1. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process 2. Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies 3. Monitor staff performance and attendance activities 4. Staff training, development and recognition 5. Assisting with payroll and monthly salary calculations 6. Should be open for any research operation related work if any on internet 7. Should be proficient in using advanced MS- Office & Internet. 8. Knowledge of Social Media and related tools like photoshop will be a huge advantage.
