Duties and Responsibilities: -Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation. Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off. Knowledge of payroll management, Salary preparation, ESIC, PF, payment, Bank Reconciliation. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Assisting with payroll and monthly salary calculations. Should be proficient in using MS- Office Internet. Knowledge of Banking Process. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
