Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our companys solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.Key Responsibilities & Desired Profile:
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    • Proven experience as key account manager
    • Identify potential clients in the target market B2G and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs
    • Should have a good understanding & knowledge of Enterprise / B2G business
    • In depth coverage and account management in existing/new accounts for new line of businesses.
    • Sales & Business Development against given targets, for Key Accounts
    • To cover potential business hubs, map the accounts and develop business opportunities
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
    • Proven working experience as a Key Account Manager or a relevant role
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
    • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
    Requirements and skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
    • Proven working experience as a Key Account Manager 10+ years
    • Proven sales track record
    • Experience in customer support is a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
    • Proficiency in English and writing skill
    • Market knowledge

    • Time management and planning skills
    Qualification
    • MBA or BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
