Lead Regional ManagerSBU National SalesLocation JaipurRole and ResponsibilitiesRole : Lead Regional Manager, SalesLocation: JaipurReporting Relationship: Zonal Manager, SalesKey ResponsibilitiesAchieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.Take a solutions and consultative selling approach to ensure clients needs are accurately met.Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.Develop and implement sales strategies. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; closing; handover to the account management team.

Prepare proposals, detailed costings and contract documents for review by Sales leadership prior to presentation to clients.Develop new business relationships and deliver outstanding service experience to existing clients.Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients, industry conventions, events and seminars.Provide regular feedback / response /Reports to Sales leadership.Develop team capabilities through learning programs, regular product trainings and effective mentoring.SkillsetMust haveDesired Profile8 - 10 years experience into salesExperience in B2B sales.Must have spent 3 - 4 years in frontline sales.Managerial experience of 4 - 5 years at various levels.Willingness to travel extensivelyMust have managed remote teamsGood at data analysisEducation industry exposure is preferredEducationGraduate/Post Graduate degree in any disciplineExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in Direct SalesExtensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region would be a distinct advantageTeam management experience is must
