We are looking for a social person who can build organic relations with our customers and engage with them. Track and manage customer engagement to convert a larger percentage of app users to paying customers. Ability to handle customer conversations with confidence and clarity while building rapport with customers Build a relationship with customers and a loyal customer base Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback Take judgment calls and manage unique situation Improve the overall end consumer experience Act as a collaborator with our Technology, operations and marketing teams with the customer concerns. Salary Range: 8, 000/ with full time position after 6 months.
