Monitor and manage ongoing systems and services delivery to ensure the availability, reliability and responsiveness of all enterprise mission critical applications like AML , ALM, Risk & Compliance.Use critical thinking and project management discipline, tools and techniques in the day to day execution of responsibilities and in resource and workload planningEnsure the timely correction of any bugs and vendor supplied patches and new releases related to enterprise applicationsEnsure users have assistance with the effective use of their applicationsDevelop a common understanding of service level expectations with the business areas and regularly review the business areas measures and impressions of service level delivery; work collaboratively to develop solutions to bridge the gapsDevelop effective business relationships between business staff and self/team members that are cordial, professional and productiveCommunicate regularly with the business community to coordinate plans, architecture and life-cycle of the specific products, applications and projects related to the business functionEnsure appropriate resources are in place to meet delivery expectations. Ensure appropriate training, knowledge-transfer takes place to meet these expectationsOversee and collaborate with vendors to ensure systems and services supplied meet Alliance business needsMonitor, and provide effective supervision of, contractor/consultant service delivery and service billings to ensure they are accurate and that performance continues to align with statements of workLead the Enterprise Application teamCommunicate unambiguously and listen effectively, ensure organizational messages are delivered in a timely way to team members, that issues and concerns are addressed and foster open communication among team membersClarify performance expectations and help team members achieve success through coaching, mentoring and providing effective and timely feedback, recognizing accomplishments and providing discipline when appropriateEnsure frequent, concise communication with the Manager, Applications regarding relevant issues related to the team, application support, risks or other information as requiredRequirements:6+ years of related experience, including systems/applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project leadership/management in Banking/Finance industry.Excellent communication skills and experience in building effective working relationships with internal customers from the businessShould be familiar of Enterprise Banking applications like AML, Fraud Management, ERP systems, OFSAA etc.Solid experience in documentation and technical specifications.Should have experience in the technologies like Wntel, Linux, Sun OS, Oracle etc.,
