Planning Engineer Pre Requisites : BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering . PG from NICMAR will be preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in Planning, Scheduling and reports for Hotel/ Commercial Buidling/ Malls/ Hospital Projects. Knowledge of working on MS project / MS Office. Knowledge of basic autocad will be an added advantage. Key Responsibility Areas : Prepare the schedule of activities / work. Measure, record and update the schedule. To update the schedules and to work out the recovery schedules and the RDP for the same. To monitor, measure and report the performance of the Contractor in terms of the progress and the resources deployment - planned vs actual. To verify and provide project reports as weekly/ fortnight/ monthly basis. Monitor and Report the progress at site on weekly/ fortnight/ monthly basis. To monitor the deliverables from all the wrt schedule.,
