Job | Plastic Surgeon Infallible HR Job | Plastic Surgeon, ( Consultant ) Salary- 2 Lacs to 3 Lacs/ month ( negotiable) Qualification :- MS or M.ch, - Meet with a patient to learn complaints, symptoms, needs and desires, and medical history;Diagnose the problem, suggest a medical procedure to correct it, and explain the benefits and risks;Schedule the operation and line up the necessary nurses, anesthesiologists, assistants, specialists, or other medical professionals who are needed;Perform procedures to improve the patients appearance, repair damaged tissues, or correct deformities;Meet with the patient following the surgery and make post-operative recommendations;Perform invasive surgeries to correct physical deformities in patientsAdminister non-surgical treatment to enhance outward beautySynthesize skin grafts from integra or obtain them from recipient/ donorCarry out pediatric plastic surgery to treat congenital defects such as cleft palate and polydactyly in childrenPerform microsurgery to transfer tissues to reconstruction sites (head/ hand) where they are missingExamine and diagnose patients to identify an abnormality and determine suitable course of treatmentEnsure compliance with establishing surgical techniques during plastic surgeryDirect and coordinate the activities of nurses, assistants and residentsExamine operating room and medical instruments to ensure they are clean and sterileConfer with other plastic surgeons and medical professionals to exchange ideasUse photographs and verbal descriptions to identify patients visual expectations and set a reference pointInject patients with botox to reduce muscle activity and temporarily lessen appearance of facial wrinklesEducate patients on the risks associated with a procedure as well as proffer recommendations on post-operative requirementsFollow up on patients after surgery to track their healing process and personal adjustment to treatmentInstall prosthetic devices on patients to allow for restoration of appearance.,
