Tech. for CET) with MBA from reputed institute; preferably first class throughout Required Experience::5- 7 years preferably in education sector (Universities, Test Prep Institutes, E-learning or E-commerce platforms) Job Location: - Sikar , RajasthanJob Description:-I.Develop Marketing Strategy 1.Develop academic program marketing strategy in consultation with field managers 2.Define target audience and influencer groups, focus geographies, preferred media for each program group 3.Develop communication strategy, advertising and promotion initiatives and spends traditional, online and on-ground initiatives 4.Competitive analysis 5.Conduct product training for sales team as well the call centre team II.Implement Marketing Strategy 1.Co- achieve with the sales team, targeted registrations and admissions - program group wise 2.Plan, execute and monitor integrated lead generation campaigns across various platforms: a.Print, Radio, TV b.Digital SEO, SMM, ORM, EDM (emailers) c.Mobile platform 3.Monitor the leads conversion, ensure enough leads are being fed into the pipeline to ensure eventual targeted conversions 4.Ensure timely preparation of all marketing collaterals through partner agencies - presentations, films, leaflets, brochures, posters, standees, backdrops etc. 5.Monitor and guide Call Centre deliveries for the relevant program group 6.Data handling, analysis and marketing analytics support to the sales management team 7.Monitoring the website interface with respect to content, announcements and results 8.Monthly analysis of secondary and primary sales data for the program group handled 9.Plan and implement consumer and marketing research on an ongoing basis to improve the quality of decision making in marketing and sales initiatives Key Competencies:- oGood understanding of sales and marketing operations through practical exposure with consumer facing organizations oExperience-led understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing essential oExperience in personally dealing with creative agencies, media agencies, research agencies, production houses and event management agencies will be a distinct plus. oGood operations and interpersonal skills in order to be able to liaise with different departments. oStrong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, data analysis as well as MS Office skills essential Interested candidates can send their resumes on astha.sharma@adecco.com .
