This position will manage the entire field operations for AgroStar. He will manage a team of 25 officers who are responsible to build on ground strength of company s direct to farmer m-commerce businessThis person will have to assign and manage daily field operation strategies of the team with the vision to increase the AgroStar brand awareness and provide customer service to AgroStar customers. Managing the Sales team/ Field Officers (FO) and leading it to achieve the given targets in the territory. Directing & Monitoring, functioning, Coaching, Training and support FO. Monitor and review Field Officers performance. Review and track the growth of FO to ensure that they achieve their individual target. Establishing corporate strategies for achievement of targets wherein handling business planning and sales & marketing. Managing operations in terms of quality acquisition and revenue. Managing the FO team and leading it to achieve the given targets in the territory. Planning for field days, farmer meeting and actively participation in agriculture fares. Recruitment and training of Field staff.,
