Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Achievement of MS gain and profitability objectives set for division.
  • Managing the business in his / her division through team of 30 - 40 people.
  • Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors for self and ASM.
  • Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of ASMs.
  • Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.
  • Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.
  • Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the division.
  • Gather information on competitors activities in the region and act upon it for companies benefit.
  • Ensure outstanding overdue as per norms.
  • Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
  • Coordinate with marketing for new product introduction, pricing and promotions and quality.
  • To drive & implement strategic initiatives from time to time within Division.
  • To enhance the productivity of the team.
  • To increase the overall reach in all teams
Candidate Profile:MBA Full Time is Mandatory.Having a strong working knowledge of Rajasthan market.Able to manage a value business of 100+ Cr with a large team of 25 nos.,
