Job Description

Job Purpose Sales leaders are required to manage sales of consumer Loans in respective region. Multiple region comprise of one state of the zone Duties & Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement

  • Design and implement various sales strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Budget/target achievement of assigned targets and generating revenue for the organisation through sales and distribution of Consumer Finance products for each active location.
  • Translate the annual sales plan into quarterly and monthly, weekly operational plans and developed area scales, sales targets and volume goals for each product in consultation with management.
  • Expand the product offering through the vertical & distribution network. Implement programs and processes to track product location/area performance on multiple parameters.
  • Enable business growth by developing and managing a team of ASM/SM and FOS across the country for deeper market penetration and reach.
  • Ensure high level of customer service orientation and maintaining healthy business standards.
Business Operations
  • Review and report the team performance and operational statistics.
  • Design effective incentive plans for the team and periodic review of the same.
  • Ensure high motivation amongst team by various means such as Rewards & Recognition, campaigns & contests.
  • Managing partner- company relations in his/her region.
  • Coordinate marketing and business efforts that aligned with the companys strategies.
  • Ensure training of distributor, equip them with the sales tools i.e. sales presentation, visibility aids, POS; maintain stock pipelines, basis seasonality and annual brand plans.
Manpower Management
  • Manpower recruitment and planning as per the budget, location wise and across departments.
  • Responsible for team management, retention, performance and productivity of the regional team
Process design and implementation
  • Ensuring support from the sales team for implementation of initiatives designed for entire organisation and for consumer finance vertical.
  • Deftness in implementing process in line with the planned cost and productivity.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance on all regulatory aspects across products and processes
