Job Description

    Job Description
    • Contact person regarding all site-related security issues.
    • Ensure Compliance to State Regulations, Bosch Norms, Bosch Procedures, and Industrial Best practices.
    • Ensure effective Incident Investigation process, Quality of incident investigation and development of Corrective and Preventive Action.
    • Implementation/maintaining of local security awareness and prevention activities (in alignment with central approaches).
    • Organizational support and coordination of local events (development and implementation of security concepts).
    • Maintaining and increasing Security awareness at site level by imparting training to employees and Contractors.
    • Delivering ongoing consulting and support to site management with regard to effective but cost-efficient security risk treatment.
    • Managing/coordinating the cooperation with external security providers.
    • Support site management and business departments regarding security related legal or customer requirements.
    • Implementation, management and documentation of process regarding site-related external security providers, e.g. purchasing, contracting, tracking, auditing, conflict management (from functional perspective).
    • Maintaining the interfaces with local Govt authorities (e.g. police).
    • Excellent knowledge of CCTV, Access Control System, Key Management and security applications such as material movement, visitor management, patrolling beat etc.
    • Drive automation and digitization of security processes.
    • Participate and contribute to Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities from functional perspective
