We are urgently required Medical Director For Our Renowned Hospital In Jaipur.Qualification : MBBS, MS/MD Hospital Administration MHA or MBA desired Experience in Management/Administration of cancer hospital (Minimum 5 years ) Experience : 10 Years at Senior Management level in a Health Care Institution ( Age limit 50 years ) Job Profile : Responsibility to Management through Executive Director: Understanding the nuance of t/t of Onco patients with protocol Develop the long range plans and budget for the Hospital within the existing Strategic Plan & keep treatment advancement within the region Lead, coach and mentor Senior Management Team & will keep updated on all new medical initiative to management as well as hospital facilities Coordination and control of all Consultant, Doctors, HOD s & grievances handing. Maintain patient care at priority. Medical audit to be ensured. Ensure provision of quality health services in Outpatient, Inpatient, & Clinical Support Services and Satellite sites as per NABH/NABL guidelines. Strong interpersonal communication skills with operational approach Work as per the Aim, Vision & Mission of hospital. Economy of health care with view to increase revenue. Optimal use of resources (Men, Material and Machinery). Maintain the NABH protocol and prepare the hospital for JCI.Salary 20 Lac To 30 Lac P.A.
