As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales activities and implement the sales and marketing plan in order to achieve (and exceed) the propertys sales targets and revenue. You will work actively to promote the property, contract new business and maximise revenues for the property. You build and maintain great relationships with clients, gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities as well as a host of other sales related activities.,
