Job DescriptionPosition: SalesManagerMeet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. Maximizesales potential, craft sales plans .Primary Responsibilities1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales work and team.2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and presence.3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.4. Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.5. Solicit existing and potential customers and follow up established accounts on regular basis by phone, by correspondence or by personal contact.6. Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management.7. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.8. Set up appointments and make personal sales calls, telemarketing to all existing and potential accounts.9. Conduct site inspections and coordinate with Operations for catering and events.10. Follow up of tentative bookings in the assigned channels or market.11. Negotiate with all customers within cost budget and send out contracts regarding individual and group business.12. Bring ideas and participate in the preparations of the promotional theme events, special package, other promotional activities and invitation lists.13. Update customer database, sales actions and event list on time.14. Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of Director.15. Follow the sales and marketing results and propose corrective actions if needed.16. Prepare weekly activity report which will cover sales call reports, site inspections, new agencies, meetings, entertainment and other functions participated in during the week and presents to Director.17. Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations of the company.18. Other work assigned by management.Qualifications RequiredBS/ MS degree in business administration or a related field.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsExcellent skills in communication, learning, work ethics, work organization, multi task management & problem solving.
