As a Security Manager you will be managing entire security operations in accordance with Alila standards. You are expected to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotels safety and security procedures including fire safety of the fort, guests, team members and property asset always. You will also be responsible to carry out vehicle checks, coordinating the activities of all security personnel, implementing safety and security procedures for the department and provide assistance & advice to other departments in relation to security. Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures. You are required to coordinate with government and law enforcement agencies as necessary. Educate team members on policy violations and workplace safety. Investigate incidents related to property, guest and team members.The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
