Job Description

    Job Roles and Responsibilties:
    • Responsible for working directly with the Seller Team.
    • Responsible for handling the end-to-end process from client acquisition till supporting Etsy sellers through email/chat and voice line of business.
    • Contribution towards team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Candidate will work directly with their team leads and senior partners to provide feedback on improving support experiences and agent processes.
    • Responsible to handle queries or support potential Etsy sellers with their onboarding.
    Skills Required
    • You must be a graduate from a recognized University/College.
    • You have a minimum of one-year sales, technical, product, and/or customer support experience. You are computer savvy (knows their way around an e-commerce platform, able to use a smartphone and laptop) Impeccable communication and confidence in written interactions (English).
    • You can interject your personality when communicating without sounding unprofessional. A positive and people-first attitude.
    • You take on new challenges with a smile, even under pressure. Strong organization skills with fine-tuned attention to detail.
    • You manage your time well and never miss an email. Experience with support software and CRM tools would be preferred. Confidence in user education and sales
