In this role , you will be trained and exposed to all areas of the finance function. As part of a high growth organization , this role will have significant growth opportunities in the finance function with the exposure to areas including but not limited to Revenues , Costs , Taxation , Treasury , MIS , Audit , statutory compliances , SOPs , fundraising , investor relations , financial reporting , etc.This role will involve reporting to the CEO. For this role , we are looking for talented individuals with a stellar academic record who can be groomed for the junior management level team in the near future.What you will need : Strong finance and accounting fundamentals.Can show attributes of a team player and organized , methodical , managing capabilityAttention to detailsCan understand the problem area and get into the root cause of the problem has a problem - solving attitude / approachCan work on the time - bound manner on deliverablesCan display an attitude towards learning and taking ownership of the work.A hands - on approach is a must Tech - savvyRequired Candidate profileMust have cleared CA.3 years or more experience in working with a statutory auditor in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms).Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and good exposure to MS - office.Strong written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilitiesAs a chartered accountant , youll need to : Managing the finance team which handles day to day operations. Ensuring that accounting is up to date at all points of time.Collecting , interpreting and reviewing financial informationMaintaining and filing all statutory compliances for the organization on timeCreating regular reports and MIS to management and stakeholdersDeveloping long - term business plans based on these reportsReviewing , monitoring and managing budgetsDeveloping strategies that work to minimise financial riskUndertake internal financial audits to ensure full preparedness for external audits.Liaise with internal and external auditors and deal with any financial irregularities as they ariseTake full ownership of audit and other compliances for the organizationArrange financial management reports , including financial planning and forecasting,
